About Bacteriological Incubator BSE-0006

Bacteriological incubators are insulated boxes with an adjustable heater, typically going up to 60 to 65 degree C (140-to-140-degree F) The most commonly used temperature both for bacteria such as the frequently used E. Coli as well as mammalian cells is approximately 37degree Cas these organisms grow well under such conditions. For other budding yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae, a growth temperature of 30 degree Cis optimal. Temp. range from room to 90-degree C. Double door, with glass window. Inner chamber of anodized aluminum/stainless steel sheet.

Double walled in construction- highly insulated between two walls by high quality glass wool.
